Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Director for our Independent Living community, Myers Apartments on the King David Campus. You will lead community operations, supervise maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.
The role requires 3–4 years in maintenance (preferably in senior living) and 2 years of supervisory experience, plus a valid state driver’s license. On-call availability is required to respond to emergencies as needed.
