POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated LPN (30+ hours per week) for our hospice agency. LPN's maximize the comfort of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Three years nursing experience.
- Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
- Understands the hospice and the needs of the terminally ill.
- On Call rotation every 8 +weeks
