Job Summary
Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
Compensation & ScheduleFixed Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare high‑quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning, ensuring accurate temperature and attractive appearance.
- Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records of area worked.
- Clean the kitchen after preparation and service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safe food‑handling procedures.
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; store food and supplies per safety standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
- Assist with production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
- Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as necessary.
- Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
- Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
- Perform all duties safely and uphold a clean, safe work environment.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
- Commit to personal safety and the safety of others.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety gloves and shoes use.
- Use medium‑weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers or slicers; use oven mitts or fryer gloves when handling hot equipment; wear slip‑resistant shoes and practice proper lifting techniques.
- Previous experience as a kitchen cook or similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic knowledge of food safety principles.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform tasks throughout the shift.
