• When it comes to the customer experience, you lead by example: manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great, custom-fit hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on managing the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

The position requires physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. May involve exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving carts or machines.
