HVAC​/Plumbing Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, skilled and experienced HVAC / Plumbing Technician to join our team. You would be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems for our clients. Your expertise in diagnosing HVAC system and plumbing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including central air and mini-split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and condensing boilers
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters (tank and tankless), sump pumps, and drain issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Utilize testing equipment and Diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Troubleshoot plumbing system issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Keep detailed digital records of work performed, parts used, and system evaluations via company mobile dispatch software

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• HVAC and plumbing certifications are a plus
