Graduate Trainee Accountant (ACA) - Beaconsfield - £25-£26k

This role as a Graduate Trainee Accountant with ACA Study Support offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate to kick-start a career in accounting and auditing while working towards the prestigious ACA qualification.

The Role

Based in Beaconsfield, you will join a highly regarded Graduate Training Programme as an Audit and Accounts Trainee, gaining valuable, hands-on experience over a 3–4 year period. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will benefit from a comprehensive ACA study support package, giving you the time, resources and guidance needed to successfully achieve your professional qualification.

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment, building strong technical expertise while developing practical skills across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Audit and Accounts team on a variety of client assignments
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Contribute to audit engagements, including fieldwork and analysis
  • Work closely with managers and team members to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Gain exposure to different industries and business environments
  • Develop key professional skills such as communication, organisation, and problem-solving
About You
  • Achieved a 2:1 degree in any discipline
  • Strong academic background, including GCSE Maths and English and A-levels (A*–

    C)
  • Proactive, motivated, and forward-thinking mindset
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Holds a valid UK driving licence
