Client Care Co-Ordinator

Our client is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join a fantastic, innovative, and friendly team based in Beaconsfield. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls via Microsoft Teams, listening with empathy, and arranging appointments for individuals who may be going through challenging personal situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of incoming calls
• Taking down personal information and adding their details to the inhouse system
• Diary management
• Using Microsoft Teams to answer calls and book in meetings
• Having an empathetic approach
• Dealing with confidential information

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Previous experience based in a Receptionist, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Client Care, or Front of House role
• Excellent communication and telephone-based customer service skills
• A warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
• Confidence building relationships with people from all backgrounds
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure
