Role Description

This is an exciting full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Financial Advisor located in Beaconsfield. Progression to leadership team and helping build the infrastructure of the business as we grow.

Responsibilities include providing personalized financial planning and advisory services, conducting detailed financial assessments, and developing comprehensive retirement and investment strategies. The Senior Financial Advisor will collaborate closely with clients to ensure their financial goals are met while maintaining a cautious and strategic approach to wealth management.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services
• Experience in Retirement Planning and Investments
• Strong background in Finance, including analysis and strategic financial decision‑making
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
• Proficiency in creating bespoke financial plans tailored to individual client needs
• Regulatory certifications and qualifications relevant to financial advisory roles (e.g., Chartered Financial Planner status or equivalent)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills
• Experience in serving entrepreneurs, retirees, and high‑net‑worth individuals is a plus
