We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Beaconsfield.

• Manage a full client portfolio (value £500-600k) with limited supervision ensuring quality of work is maintained and deadlines are met
• Review junior team members' work on Financial Statements and corporation tax computations
• Line manage 2-3 members of staff
• Manage budgets, WIP and debtors
• Collaborate within the management team to maximise allocation of time and resources

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic background
• Strong technical, economic and regulatory knowledge particularly with FRS
  102 and FRS
  105 (corporation tax knowledge an advantage)
• Effective time management and ability to work to strict deadlines
• Great communication skills both internally and externally
• Successful delegation and ability to coach and develop others

• Experience of working with entrepreneurial, scaling businesses
• Experience using Xero and/or Silverfin software
• Interest in leveraging technology for efficiency improvements
• Experience of working across service lines (business tax, personal tax) to deliver a joined‑up service to the client
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and colleagues in different locations
