We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Beaconsfield.
Responsibilities- Manage a full client portfolio (value £500-600k) with limited supervision ensuring quality of work is maintained and deadlines are met
- Review junior team members' work on Financial Statements and corporation tax computations
- Line manage 2-3 members of staff
- Manage budgets, WIP and debtors
- Collaborate within the management team to maximise allocation of time and resources
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic background
- Strong technical, economic and regulatory knowledge particularly with FRS
102 and FRS
105 (corporation tax knowledge an advantage) - Effective time management and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Great communication skills both internally and externally
- Successful delegation and ability to coach and develop others
- Experience of working with entrepreneurial, scaling businesses
- Experience using Xero and/or Silverfin software
- Interest in leveraging technology for efficiency improvements
- Experience of working across service lines (business tax, personal tax) to deliver a joined‑up service to the client
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and colleagues in different locations
