Financial Assistant

We are delighted to be partnering with a valued, repeat client in Beaconsfield. Following their relocation to a rural setting, we're looking for a Finance Assistant who is able to drive and attend the office 5 days a week.

• Inputting purchase and utilities invoices into COINS
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Creating payment runs and BACS requests
• Processing company expenses, ensuring expenses are authorised by appropriate managers
• Reconciling utilities and council tax invoices
• Reconciling Credit Card Statements and entering journal into COINS
• Review aged purchase ledger with Senior Finance Assistant and investigate discrepancies
• Raising purchase orders, completing due diligence when above 1K
• Setting up suppliers & subcontractors on COINS
• Providing support to the wider finance team as required
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

• 3+ years’ in a similar Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant role
• Construction/house building sector experience
• Previous use of COINS system preferred
• Able to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
• A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
