This opportunity is for a Senior Optical Assistant to join their team, with flexibility to support other local branches when required. This role offers the chance to combine hands‑on dispensing with added responsibility, acting as a key support within the practice in a beautifully presented, high‑end environment.

• Dispense premium eyewear and lens solutions tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the boutique reputation of the practice.
• Support the day‑to‑day running of the practice, assisting with team guidance and maintaining high standards throughout.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey from start to finish.

• Experienced Optical Assistant with strong dispensing knowledge.
• Previous experience working within a high‑end or boutique practice is essential.
• Confident in supporting and guiding colleagues when required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with patients.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving performance goals.
• Professional, polished, and committed to delivering a memorable patient experience.

  Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
• Hours:
  
  Full-time, 5 days per week including Saturday
