The Role From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and be given the tools to build your own client base and candidate network. Your responsibilities will include:
Winning new business through proactive outreach and relationship building Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals Qualifying candidates through interviews and market conversations Managing the recruitment process from initial brief to offer acceptance Negotiating terms and closing deals Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates About You 6 months' experience in a sales, business development or target-driven role Competitive, ambitious and motivated by financial success Strong communication and relationship-building skills Resilient with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Looking for a career with genuine progression and uncapped earning potential What's on Offer?
