We're delighted to be supporting a leading UK luxury care provider with the appointment of a Home Manager for a premium, high-performing care home within their South portfolio.
This impressive luxury care home is large offering >80 rooms and suits with high end furnishings and fittings.
The home has an excellent reputation for quality care, hospitality, and community atmosphere, with a Good CQC and excellent reviews from families and visitors. The home is performing well and has a positive culture, with this opportunity arising due to a recent management change.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and well resourced elderly care provider. As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, while being supported by an experienced and highly engaged Regional leadership team. Package & Benefits- £75,000 per annum
- up to 25% bonus per annum
- 36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
