We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward‑thinking independent estate agency.

Weekly and periodic valuation and activity bonuses are on offer. The role is highly incentivised and located at our Beaconsfield branch.

• Generate potential valuation appointments
• Conduct viewings and draw offers
• Engineer the touting system
• List and sell properties together with ancillary services
• Follow‑up business leads
• Achieve minimum levels of business targets

• Be target‑oriented with a proven track record of achievement
• Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organised
• Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Display high standards of service and presentation

• Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm
• Fridays from 9am to 5pm
• Rotational Saturdays on a 1 in 2 basis from 9:00am to 4:00pm
• 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive of the normal 8 bank and statutory holidays
