About the Role

Your focus as Client Liaison Manager will be to manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective, The Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare will play a crucial role in managing the sales and marketing processes at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. This position involves ensuring the effective day‑to‑day operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, where the goal is to meet and exceed budget targets, fill the home with the agreed client base, and maximise revenue.

The role requires someone who can ensure that sales targets and deadlines adhere to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling sales and marketing inquiries,
  • Keeping the potential members’ pipeline information up to date,
  • Maintaining contacts with key care influences,
  • Ensuring the effective day‑to‑day operation of the Sales & Marketing Department,
  • Meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base, and maximising revenue,
  • Ensuring sales targets and deadlines adhere to brand standards.
Qualifications and Values
  • Full UK and clean driving licence.
  • Negotiation, interpersonal, and workload prioritisation skills.
  • Background in sales is advantageous.
