Sales Director

Sales Director £140k (OTE & negotiable) Facilities Management 3 Point Recruitment are a supporting a fast-growing organisation with hiring a driven Sales Director to lead UK business development, win new customers and build a high-performing commercial team. This is a hands-on role combining strategic leadership with direct ownership of new business growth - an excellent opportunity! This role will take ownership of new business generation, strategic account development and the performance of both Business Development and Account Management functions - playing a key role in shaping long-term commercial strategy.
