Driver - Nirvana Day Centre - Fridays

Location: Client pick-ups in Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross | Drop-off at Nirvana Day Centre, 12 Mandarin Way, UB4 9TU

Working Hours

• Friday:
  Both Shifts to Be Completed Each Day.
• Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM.
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM.

About Us

Nirvana Day Centre provides a warm, inclusive, and supportive space for adults in need of daytime care and companionship. We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver to safely transport our clients each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete up to 4 pick‑ups daily in Slough/Maidenhead.
• Transport clients from their homes to the centre in the morning, and return them in the afternoon.
• Assist clients in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Some clients have dementia, so ensure child lock is used in the car.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Ensure punctual and smooth journeys.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and staff.
• Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own reliable vehicle (petrol allowance provided).
• Previous experience with elderly or vulnerable adults is a bonus.
• Friendly, patient, punctual, and dependable.
