Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bridport to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant.

• Full‑time KS2 Teaching Assistant
• September start
• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
• Providing support to individuals and small groups
• Encouraging confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

• Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable)
• Is patient, caring and enthusiastic
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is proactive, adaptable and eager to support children's learning and development
• Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential
