Teaching Assistant (EHCP Support)

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide support for a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), while also contributing to the wider life of our school.

- Enjoys working one-to‑one with children with additional needs, including those with ASD, ADHD or communication and interaction needs
- Is calm, patient, nurturing and understanding
- Has experience of, or an interest in, supporting children in the Early Years and/or Key Stage 1
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
- Is flexible, resilient and able to adapt to individual pupil needs
- Has a creative and solution‑focused approach
- Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for all children
- Shares the school's values and commitment to inclusion
- Can support learning both individually and in small groups
