A licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full‑time, school‑based contract position at an elementary school setting in Bear, DE. The role involves supporting a split caseload of traditional and autism spectrum students, providing onsite therapy services during the school year. The position requires a valid and active Delaware SLP license, with preference for candidates possessing prior school‑based experience.

Location

Bear, Delaware (elementary school setting)
Onsite work only; no remote options

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy assessment and treatment to elementary students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs in both traditional and autism programs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in meetings as required, including IEP and team conferences
