The role involves supporting a split caseload of traditional and autism spectrum students, providing onsite therapy services during the school year. The position requires a valid and active Delaware SLP license, with preference for candidates possessing prior school‑based experience.

- Knowledge and skills in providing therapy to students with traditional and autism‑related speech and language needs
- Ability to manage split caseloads effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff and families
Bear, Delaware (elementary school setting)
Onsite work only; no remote options
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy assessment and treatment to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs in both traditional and autism programs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in meetings as required, including IEP and team conferences
- Full‑time contract role through the current school year (ASAP to June 12, 2026)
- Consistent, regular schedule (37.5 hours per week)
