Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students in a school-based setting in Elkton, Maryland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP who enjoys making a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance with school bell hours, no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

- Opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' communication and academic success
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, parents, and other educational staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred;
Clinical Fellows (CF) may be considered. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.

Speech Language Pathologist Hourly Rate: $70 per hour
