Front of House Team Member / Receptionist (Bank) – Milngavie
Salary: £12.84 per hour – Part‑time, Ad‑hoc.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to all club members and visitors.
- Support the smooth operation of the reception, demonstrating attention to detail and initiative.
- Give a warm, caring welcome and answer queries, ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on‑site training to cover Lifeguard breaks.
- Use basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, as required.
- Confidence and empathy for providing excellent customer care to a diverse range of people.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Flexibility, motivation, and initiative.
- Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive.
