Female Support Worker

Location: Bearsden and Milngavie areas

Contract: 30 hours

Pay: £12.60 per hour

At Real Life Options we provide person‑centred support to enable people with disabilities to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will provide both physical and emotional support, encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

• Support individuals with personal care, medication and household tasks
• Promote independence and provide physical and emotional support
• Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments
• Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
• Communicate effectively with the team and family members
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team

Day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and wake‑nights between the hours of 8:00 am – 10:00 pm and 10:00 pm – 8:00 am (sleepover). Shift patterns may vary as they are organised on a rota basis.
