We are looking for a Health Services Manager - Registered Nurse/RN to join our team. In this role, you'll coordinate and manage the delivery of health care services, supervise the nursing staff, and provide training to employees as necessary.

• Leading your team – supervise nursing staff, manage their schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Ensuring high-quality care – coordinate all medical services for individuals, from scheduling appointments to ensuring medication is administered correctly.
• Maintaining compliance – keep detailed medical records, complete required reports, and train new staff on all healthcare procedures.
• Handling on-call duties as needed.

Schedule: Days, salaried. Hours will vary based on the needs of individuals in the agency and department. On-call responsibilities during the week support the agency and rotating on weekends. Position located in Beatrice.
