Jeannie's Kitchen - QSR Associate

Starting Wage $15.50/hour

Work with us to be provide delicious hot food offerings for our customers to grab and enjoy! Bring your positive and fast paced energy to Jeannie’s and help us serve our customers in a professional and courteous manner to keep them coming back.

• Primary responsibilities include assembling hot to go sandwiches, burritos and pizzas for our customers to grab and go (or in some stores made to order), maintain product on the roller grill, refill cold deli cups for grab n go, cleaning and stocking.
• Essential job functions:
  
  showing up ready and on time for each shift, keeping a positive and proactive attitude with customers and coworkers, working at a fast pace to keep up with customer demand, follow all cooking and assembly procedures for every item on the menu, multitasking several job functions to provide superior customer service.
• QSR Associates will perform a multitude of tasks throughout their shifts to set each shift up for success while meeting the needs of our customers. QSR’s will report to a kitchen leader, which may include kitchen manager, assistant kitchen manager, and supervisors occasionally. There’s plenty of opportunities to advance and grow with us!

• We hire for attitude and train for success! While experience may be beneficial, we’ll happily train the right candidate all they need to know. High energy and positivity are recommended.
• GED or High School Diploma are recommended
• The desire to provide outstanding customer service to every person that comes through our doors is required.
• Stores located inside the City of Lincoln/Lancaster County, QSR’s are required to have and maintain a prep cook level food handlers permit.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and basic cleaning skills are recommended.
