Mobile Diesel Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Diesel Mechanic! This position is field‑based and requires the ability to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel equipment and vehicles at customer locations or roadside.

• Travel to job sites or roadside locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel‑powered trucks and equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, oil changes, filter replacements, brake work, and fluid services.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure vehicles/equipment meet safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and parts used.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide updates on repairs and timelines.
• Maintain the service truck, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required; diesel tech certification preferred.
• 2+ years of hands‑on diesel mechanic experience.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus).
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
