School Bus Driver

As a First Student part‑time school bus driver, you will provide a vital service in your community, picking up students before school and dropping them off afterward. No prior driving experience is required; we train you with industry‑leading technology.

• Split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off with free hours in between.
• Guaranteed shift per school day – no nights or weekends unless you wish to work them.
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• $21.00 / hour starting wage, based on experience.
• $750 bonus if the CLP is presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
• $250 bonus if the CLP is presented within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers.
• $500 sign‑on bonus for new drivers.

• No experience necessary – we offer paid CDL training.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
