Overview:
Landmark Snacks is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The goal of the warehouse team member is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, wrap, label, ship). Receive and process warehouse stock products. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space. Operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and efficiently.

Skills and

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.

Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.

Sufficient written communication and reading skills

Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment

Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to follow directions

Ability to assess products for quality compliance

Noise level is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area – earplugs are required at all times

Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the shift, using repetitive motion

Must be able occasionally lift, push, pull and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds across the plant for various needs

Spends time in cold environments

Must have good hand/eye coordination
