Acosta Canada / Mosaic is currently looking for a Grocery Team Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in planogram resets, in‑store inventory management, stock rotation and replenishment, module assembly, and the cleaning and maintenance of displays, among other tasks.

Mileage reimbursement (30‑30 policy) and paid travel time

Responsibilities   Manage a team of 2–5 merchandisers and complete daily reports
Use planograms to execute in‑store product layouts
Manage in‑store inventory, rotate and replenish shelves, assemble modules, and clean and maintain displays, etc.
Ability to work in a team environment
Any other related tasks
Qualifications   Have grocery experience
Are punctual
Are comfortable traveling throughout the territory
Are available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Can lift up to 30 lbs
Excellent communication skills in French
Are comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for stocked products
Have access to a smartphone and a computer with an internet connection
