Preschool Teacher; Beaufort

Overview

Teacher

All teachers plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.

Teachers may also assist Lead Teachers in classroom management or in fulfilling requests made by the Assistant Director or Director.

Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED (some states 16 yrs old). Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is helpful but not necessary.

$10.00–$20.00 per hour, based on region, education, and experience.
