DANA BACHER DESIGN Livable Luxury — Beaufort, South Carolina Assistant Interior Designer Full-Time

In-Studio

ABOUT THE STUDIO Dana Bacher Design is a boutique, full-service residential design studio serving high-end and luxury clients. We are the designer behind the Southern Living Showcase Home 2025, and are a multi-award-winning design studio. We take a custom, relationship-driven approach to every project — our clients trust us with their homes, and we take that seriously from the first concept sketch through the final install.

Ours is a close-knit team where every member wears multiple hats and takes real pride in the details. THE ROLE This is a rare opportunity to grow inside an award-winning studio, with a front-row seat to how a boutique design business really runs — from the first concept sketch to the final styled install. You won't be sidelined on busywork: you'll help shape layouts, pull the fabrics and finishes that bring a room to life, and see your ideas make it into real client homes.

If you're an emerging designer who wants mentorship, real creative input, and a portfolio full of beautiful, high-end work, this is the seat you've been looking for.

Degree or coursework in interior design, or equivalent hands-on experience, preferred
