Experienced Surgery Scheduler needed for a new Vascular Practice at MUSC Community Physicians (MCP).
Job DescriptionProvides direct line management and leadership for all patient care areas. Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and provides interface between the support services and clinical services. Facilitates care delivery system development and operation, including but not limited to staffing and professional delivery of services. Manages daily operations of clinical and clerical employees, including staffing schedules, while maintaining an efficient and professional work atmosphere.
Develops and sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimal patient care in order to meet overall organizational goals.
