Personal Injury Attorney; Spanish-Speaking

Practice Area: Personal Injury (Plaintiff‑Side)

We are working with a growing personal injury law firm seeking a Spanish‑speaking attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands‑on experience, client interaction, and the opportunity to grow in plaintiff‑side personal injury law.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken communication required)

No prior personal injury experience required.

• Communicate directly with Spanish‑speaking clients from intake through resolution
• Assist with personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence matters
• Draft pleadings, demands, and settlement materials (with training and support)
• Participate in negotiations with insurance carriers
  
  Attend hearings, mediations, or court appearances as needed
