Posted recently. This franchisee-owned position is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and handles hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
- Assist your assigned Departments in meeting their goals and targets during shifts.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment.
