Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to urgent care
- Perform common procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, and wound care
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe appropriate medications and provide patient education
- Document encounters accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction
- Full‑time (3 x 12‑hour shifts per week)
- Rotating weekends
- No on‑call requirements
- Hourly pay: $55–$75/hour (≈ $103K–$140K/year), depending on experience and clinic location.

- Licensed FNP‑C in South Carolina
- Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- 1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
- DOT certification a plus
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
