First Service Residential is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our dining team. The position focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the impeccable standards of our dining program.

• Prepare restaurant for lunch/dining service by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect the establishment and patrons.
• Describe menu specials, recommend appropriate wines, and answer food preparation questions to guests.
• Stay updated on current menu choices and inform guests of kitchen availability.
• Transmit orders accurately to bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs and requests.
• Serve orders promptly, delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen, including accompaniments and condiments.
• Respond to additional patron requirements by asking about needs and observing the dining process.
• Maintain table setting by removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and attending to spills or special needs.
• Open and pour wine properly at tableside.
• Obtain revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payment, and returning credit card slips to guests.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Fill in for absent staff and perform general cleaning tasks as directed.

• Maintain a high level of resident contact throughout service hours.
• Build strong, effective teams through ongoing training, coaching, and leadership.
• Create a positive dining environment that reflects the Margaritaville Latitude Lifestyle.
• Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
• Keep the dining area pristine at all times.

• High School Graduate or GED preferred.
• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Handlers Card required.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Team player who can work independently.

• $8.00 an hour plus tips.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Open availability required.
