Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
RoleAs a Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to embrace a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart and soul of our company, and we believe our people are the recipe for success. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
- Getting hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.

Experience:
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations
- Food Safety certification, such as Food Handler, acquired at applicant’s own expense, as per local requirements
Employees must be able to work in hot environments, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work quickly and accurately in a noisy, fast-paced kitchen environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
