- Filter through inbound leads to determine client needs
- Generate appointments by means of proactive marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by using a consultative and persuasive approach to answering questions about their targeted vehicles
- Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure customer's are getting the highest level of customer service
- Communicate with customers prior to purchase to ensure their needs are being met
- Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Earn bonuses and commissions through meeting production goals each month
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filter through inbound leads to determine client needs
- Generate appointments by means of proactive marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by using a consultative and persuasive approach to answering questions about their targeted vehicles
- Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure customer's are getting the highest level of customer service
- Communicate with customers prior to purchase to ensure their needs are being met
- Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Earn bonuses and commissions through meeting production goals each month
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Computer Skills and Proficient with Technology and programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Enthusiastic personality
- Ambition to progress in your career by helping customers through their automotive search
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
