Complete Care Amegreen in Holyhead is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a client with complex care needs in their home. You will build rapport, assist with medications and meal preparation, and help the client engage in activities at home and in the community.
Full nurse-led training is provided; no prior care experience is required. This role offers the chance to grow within a compassionate, values-driven team at CCH.
