CJ Schwan's in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Senior Plant Financial Controller to lead the plant accounting team, ensure accurate financial records, and strengthen cost controls across materials, labor, and overhead. You will deliver weekly and monthly operational reporting, support capital planning, and partner with corporate finance on cost analysis and performance improvements.
A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in manufacturing finance is required; CPA/CMA/CIA preferred, SAP BW skills a plus.
