Glen View High School / 21st Century Learning Institute, Beaumont Unified School District.

Hours:

8.0 hours per day, 242 days per year (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).

Employment Type:

Full Time.

Salary: $27.35 to $37.43 per hour.

Job Summary

Under supervision, the Secretary IV will serve as secretary to the Administrator/Principal and as receptionist, performing a wide variety of difficult and responsible clerical work. Duties include preparing reports, composing and typing documents, performing public relations and communications services, and other related tasks as required.

  • Handle wide variety of difficult and responsible clerical work.
  • Provide related support as requested.
Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of responsible and varied secretarial experience, preferably including one (1) year in an educational setting.
  • Keyboarding score of 50 WPM or greater.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Proof of high‑school graduation (transcript, diploma, or equivalent).
