  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
  • Ensure all client needs have been met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Pay Range

$11.00 - $27.00/hr.

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage;

participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan);
Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
