Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive calls and schedule according to category of call and what is already pending. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls
Collect and document information from callers
Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency
Enter information into our system and schedule calls accordingly
File paperwork
Assist office manager with any other office work needing to be done.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Experience with Microsoft word, excel
