A well-established small animal practice in Beaumont, California is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director to lead its clinical team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and collaborative leadership.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff
• Develop and maintain medical protocols that align with best practices
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on high-quality patient care
• Perform a variety of medical and surgical procedures
• Support client communication, education, and service excellence
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and operational goals

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• Active or eligible California veterinary license
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong medical and surgical competency

• $60,000 sign-on bonus
