* DL-45 - CHP Special (School Bus) Driver Certificate. Acceptable Restrictions:
-1: automatic transmission only
-6: first aid waiver (if restricted, must submit a separate First Aid Certificate)
* First Aid Certificate
* * Only required if DL-45 has restriction 6 (first aid waiver)
