We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Beaumont, CA. If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for programming industrial robots, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our facility is dedicated to producing high-quality components, and we need someone who can help us maintain our standards while optimizing production efficiency.

• Set up and operate 3+ axis CNC mills using CAMWorks or Mastercam software to produce high-quality components.
• Conduct machine setups for various production runs, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment to maintain reliability and precision.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling and machining processes.
• Demonstrated ability to set up machines effectively for production runs. Proficiency in operating 3+ axis CNC mills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
