Riceland Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to support our senior leadership at the
Corporate Office in Beaumont, TX
. The ideal candidate will be proficient in
Microsoft Excel
, possess excellent administrative and communication skills, and have a natural aptitude for supporting
business development efforts
.
This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating executive activities, preparing reports, assisting in strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
- Manage calendars, appointments, emails, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare reports, data summaries, and presentations using
advanced Excel
skills (including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.) - Assist in the preparation of business proposals, documents, and performance tracking reports
- Conduct market research and gather relevant data to support
business development
initiatives - Maintain and update CRM tools and internal documentation for lead tracking and follow-ups
- Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate internal communication and serve as a liaison between departments
- Support in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and special projects as needed
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
- Strong
Microsoft Office Suite
skills — with a
focus on Excel
(data manipulation, reporting, dashboards) - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent time management
- Experience in a healthcare or corporate setting is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or business development tools is a plus
