We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Document Control/Customer Service Associate. This role combines document management, customer portal data entry, and pricing/invoicing support to ensure smooth operational workflows and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Document Control:
Maintain and manage internal documentation; ensure timely updates and accurate filing for operational teams. - Customer Portal Data Entry:
Process and support data entry in customer portals. - Pricing & Invoicing Support:
Assist with job pricing; prepare and validate invoices for timely submission. - Operations Support:
Collaborate with coordinators and operations team to balance workload; provide administrative assistance to ensure project efficiency.
- Experience in document control or administrative support within industrial or construction environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry and invoicing processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
