Full training is provided, ensuring a thorough understanding of the industry's intricacies. While previous strata or real estate experience is not required, a genuine interest in the property industry will be highly regarded.

In collaboration with your manager/s, your role will include:

  • Assisting strata managers in the management of their portfolio
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for strata committees, owners and tenants
  • Nurturing relationships with clients and contractors
  • Handling administrative duties related to the managers portfolio
  • Reading, interpreting and understanding the relevant legislation.
  • Processing and following through with maintenance requests
  • Document preparation prior and post meetings

We require:

  • Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Current driver's license
  • Exceptional written and spoken English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous
  • Willing to obtain or already have Certificate of Registration in Strata Management
  • A positive outlook and dependable nature
  • Eager to learn & be proactive!
