Sr. Recruitment Consultant at Ellaway Blues Consulting

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Admin to join our team and support the smooth operation of a large-scale industrial project. In this role, you will be a key player in managing administrative functions, ensuring that all site activities are organized and efficiently executed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and have a strong understanding of construction or industrial site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the site management team, including scheduling, document control, and coordinating meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and contractor documentation. Ensure all required reports are submitted on time and in the correct format.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Facilitate smooth communication and information flow across all levels of the project.
  • Support the coordination of on-site logistics, including managing office supplies, equipment, and materials. Assist in the organization of site meetings, including arranging travel, accommodations, and other logistical requirements.
  • Ensure that health and safety documentation is current and that safety procedures are followed in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including environmental and safety standards. Ensure that all necessary permits and documentation are in place and up to date.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, industrial, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
